Creating a heartfelt tribute doesn’t have to be complicated. Our templates make it simple to design something meaningful at your own pace.
- Choose Your Template
Select the design that best reflects your loved one and complete your purchase.
- Receive Your File
After checkout, you’ll receive a PDF with a secure link to your editable Canva template — ready for you to open and begin personalizing.
- Make It Your Own
Click the link, log into your Canva account, and start customizing. Add photos, update names and dates, and include any special details that tell their story.
Note: We recommend using Canva Pro, as many of our templates include Pro elements that ensure the full design displays correctly.
- Save, Download & Print
Once your design feels complete, save it as a PDF or PNG. You can print at home, through a local print shop, or share it digitally with family and friends.

If you’d like us to handle the design for you, our personalization service makes the process simple and stress-free.

After purchase, send us all the details we’ll need to complete your program, including photos, names, dates, service information, and any special content you’d like included.
- Receive Your Draft
You’ll receive a draft link within 48–72 hours for review. Please look it over carefully and send back any revisions as soon as possible.
- Approve & Receive Your Final File
Once revisions are complete, you’ll receive your final design in PDF format, ready for printing or digital sharing.

All products are digital and delivered in PDF format. For personalized or customized items, PNG files can be provided upon request.
Printing Options
Need printing? We’re happy to share our trusted vendor list upon request. All vendors offer same-day printing if the file is submitted by their cut-off time (varies by vendor), and most provide 2-day shipping within the U.S.

Revisions
Each personalized or customized order includes up to 2 revisions. Please review your document carefully before submitting changes. Additional revisions beyond the first two require extra design time, and will incur an additional fee per revision. This ensures we can maintain the quality and attention to detail that every project deserves.
